Our large boule is made using our white starter and white Canadian flour. We usually cook it with a darker crust, for extra flavour but, if you let us know when you order, we can keep the crust lighter for you.
A great family loaf. Remember to cut from the centre an then push the two pieces together to help keep it fresh.
Please order to make sure we make one for you. Our soudough takes over 24 hours to make, so please orderearly to make sure we have one for you. They are baked in the morning and we will email you when your order is ready.
