Our large batton is made using our wholemeal starter and white Canadian flour.  We usually cook it with a lighter crust, but if you would like it baked darker,for extra flavour, please let us know when you order. 

A great family loaf.  Remember to cut from the centre an then push the two pieces together to help keep it fresh.

Please order to make sure we make one for you.  Our soudough takes over 24 hours to make, so please orderearly to make sure we have one for you.  They are baked in the morning and we will email you when your order is ready.
