Batton shaped small loaves, baked daily, using our wholemeal starter. We usually bake our battons to a medium crust, please let us know if you would like yours baked darker, for a crispier crust and a little more flavour.
A great loaf for a smaller famiy. Remember to cut from the centre an then push the two pieces together to help keep it fresh.
Please order to make sure we make one for you. Our soudough takes over 24 hours to make, so please order early to make sure we have one for you. They are baked in the morning and we will email you when your order is ready.
