Half Term full day - Dim Sum

Service Description

Prepare yourselves for a super evening meal. The Dim Sum will be sorted and everyone will also leave with their own pack of vegetable stir fry and dressing to make your meal complete. Dumplings, spring rolls, steamed buns, prawn toast, spare ribs and prawn crackers will all be made in this session. We will try to make sure some make it home! To keep to the theme, the group will work together to make sweet and sour chicken and noodle stir fry for lunch (and we imagine they will want to eat some of their dim sum). We will continue to maintain social distancing but, due to new guidelines, children can now work together in bubbles. Please let us know if there is someone they would like to share a workbench with (in this class we can have up to 4 children sharing a workbench). All ingredients and take away containers are provided. Children can be left for the day. If children have additional needs (or are just feeling a little shy), we encourage parents (or older siblings) to stay and work alongside them if needed. Please inform us, at the time of booking, of any special dietary requirements or additional needs.
