Half Term full day - Pizza & Pasta

Service Description

We will start the day by making pizza dough, giving it a slow prove to make pizza for lunch. We will then make bruschetta for our mid morning snack. After the snack we will make a classic tomato sauce, to be used as pizza topping, lasagne filling and a tasty filling for your home made ravioli and tortellini. Lunch will be home made pizza with your chosen toppings. After lunch, we get the pasta machines out and it’s a bit of a ‘play time’ making and filling tortellini and ravioli and assembling lasagne to take home. All ingredients and take away containers are provided. Workbenches will be set up to maintain social distancing and we are now able to allow children to work in 'bubbles'. Please will you let us know if there is someone booked onto the class who they would like to share a workbench with and work with when using the pasta machines. Please inform us, when booking, of any special dietary requirements or additional needs.
